Heating theory of Quartz
The far infrared quartz heating element made of pearlized milky white quartz tube and electric thermal material entitles it good and reliable far infrared radiated characteristic. After electrifying, the infrared light released by the thermal materials and 97% of the visible light are assimilated by the white quartz tube, leading to the temperature elevation of the tube wall and the vibration of silicon-oxygen molecule, which radiates the far infrared light 97%visible light and near infrared light are transformed into infrared radiation. It overcomes the defect of bringing visible and near infrared lights through the transparent quartz glass, and effectively transforms the electric power into far infrared light.
